This site (jordanhburke.com) is the personal portfolio, blog, and development sandbox of Jordan Burke. Part of what happens here is evaluating and prototyping integrations with third-party APIs (for example, wearable and productivity platforms). This policy explains what data is involved and how it is handled.
Who this policy covers
This is a personal, non-commercial project operated by an individual. Applications registered against third-party APIs using this site are used for personal development, testing, and evaluation—not to provide a commercial service to third parties.
Third-party API data (OAuth)
When you connect a third-party account to an integration hosted here:
- Access is granted only through the provider's own OAuth authorization flow, and only for the scopes you explicitly approve.
- Data returned by the provider's API is used solely for personal evaluation and development of that integration.
- Data is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties, and is not used for advertising.
- Access tokens are handled transiently for the purpose of the evaluation and are not published. You can revoke access at any time from the provider's own account settings.
Contact form
If you use the contact form, the name, email address, and message you submit are sent to the site owner by email (via the email delivery provider Plunk) so your message can be read and answered. This information is not used for any other purpose.
Analytics and cookies
This site does not use advertising trackers. Any hosting or performance telemetry is limited to what the hosting platform (Cloudflare) collects to serve and secure the site.
Data retention
Information is kept only as long as needed for the purpose it was provided—evaluation of an integration, or responding to a message—and is deleted when no longer needed.
