A quick intro to who I am and what I'm working on.
Hey, I’m Jordan. I’m a software engineer and engineering leader with over 25 years of experience building products and teams.
Currently, I’m co-founding Cquenced, running my consulting firm Sapients AI, and speaking and teaching on AI adoption and emerging trends. Previously, I was VP of Software Engineering at HELIO, where I led the development of a pharmaceutical compliance platform and introduced generative AI capabilities. Before that, I was Principal Software Architect at Real Capital Analytics (acquired by MSCI for $950M), where I built data lake infrastructure with Spark, led the rebuild of RCA’s analytics platform to a modern SPA, and served as Managing Director of the Boston office.
My technical roots run deep—from enterprise software to early-stage startups, I’ve been a hands-on architect across the full stack. I’m passionate about functional programming, TypeScript’s type system, and lately, building MCP servers that connect AI assistants to real-world tools.
